I posted a few very nice pictures of myself for fun and got a lot of abusive comments as well. I do not understand the hatred myself. What would posses them to do that to other people. I was actually called a man (when I am obviously a woman. In fact, a couple of pictures DID show my curves in a form fitting black dress), tranny, repulsive, ewww, old, hideous, ugly, crazy, skin and bones ect. insult after insult after insult.... However, we're not the only ones. I also came across a young man recently who also had insults hurled at him on the site and was hurt by it. I have come to realize that the site does attract a lot of trolls (those who make other people's lives miserable by hurling abuse and insults on the Internet). With that, I took all my pictures down because I thought the site itself was a waste of time. Besides I have some people in my life(my husband, my family and my friends and others) who's opinions are a lot more important than someone who feels they have to insult others to feel better about themselves; they think I am pretty. Honesty is one thing, but flat out insults and abuse to hurt others is another thing entirely. And what was being said about numerous pictures of people on there are actually abusive and insulting words. It is just not worth it.
